yes! David Cook is the winner of American Idol Season 7 of Year 2008! as expected, Ameera which is me, is a huge huge fan of David Cook.

i couldn’t watch the live results show of American Idol just because i had class. so what happened was, i told Ashikin to text me who the winner was as soon as its announced. so she did that. i was having English class with Madame Goh at that very moment when i receive Ashikin’s text! i screamed in class! i tell you, Madame Goh called crazy just because i was happily screaming that David Cook won American Idol… haha!

of course la i’m happy right, i’m a fan la right! haha.. anyhow, here are some pictures of David Cook.

“how about getting together to make an anti-racism national unity song and music video?” all said yes without hesitation. not because pete threatened them with a sharp and rusty knife. but only because they love malaysia.

the contingent swelled to 52 people a few days later. it included filmmakers, dancers, singers, producers, musicians, actors, entrepreneurs, designers, footballers, activists, celebrities, students and a florist. nobody would be paid. yet they were enthused. not because they were high on speed. only because they love Malaysia.

they gathered to record the song. it had a catchy chorus and was able to induce a mass sing-along. everyone was happy when it was done. they named it ‘here in my home’. then more people joined. the party now included more than 120 people. but the budget remained exactly zero. it seems even the spreadsheet loves malaysia.

everyone turned up for the video shoot. much fun was had and friendships made. video editors went to work after the shoot was done. both the recording and the video would be given away for free. a gift to the nation. from those who love malaysia to those who feel the same.

In College and is Freaking BORED May 15, 2008

yeah i’m in college now and i’m bored. i finished my class at 11am today and now its 1.33pm. i’m waiting for Nat to finish class. and yeah i saw the cute guy today! after my English class today, i went to Ali Maju to get food la kan! cause i was hungry i drag Aziz, Rahel and Shalini along. couldn’t drag Nat cause she was having class! so there was me having my food!

and yeah Nat, i spoke to Aziz bout business plan and he was like ” I have one at home and its bout packaging goods” with his accent la. he’s from Uzbekistan. if that is how you spell it so yeah. my English lecturer told us today that quiz is coming up soon! and ask Mark when is the soon like. he’s like its either week 4 or week 5!

WEEK 4 or WEEK 5?

its already week 3 now. and math quiz is also coming up! and business plan is due in week 5! i tell you everything seems to be in week 5! gah!!! this Atkins fella, i ask him to help me with business plan he told me to do something like nestle! i was like huh!?!?!?!? what? then he went offline -_-

and i’m so happy that David Cook made it to the finals of American Idol! he is so so AWESOME!!!! just had to say it

i have maths class tomorrow and english. Nat is not coming for classes tomorrow. SWT! so tomorrow i can’t go “psss or NAT” lol. i do that all the time. i’ll be either at the other end of the hallway and i’ll just shout her name out loud. haha! and she hates that! and trust me Nat, you will go “cute guy cute guy or hot guy hot guy” one day yes yes Nat i know i’m loud. Nat is my soon to be best friend i just can click with her la

i haven’t really had time to be posting up pictures and i apologise for that. hence, from now on i will post at least one picture a week alright?

i’ve no classes this Monday cause its a public holiday so i guess i wont have to wake up at 5.30 me and Aziz were talking bout sleep earlier cause he is always complaining on how much he loves his sleep and not wanting to wake up early in the morning. i told him i normally doze off at bout 2-ish in the morning and be up by 5.30 and he was like “WHAT???? how can you do that” i just started laughing.

i’d like to apologise to my friend Dila bout the whole Marie Digby thingy. sorry Dila i didn’t know that those weren’t the passes but i hope you had fun at her showcase

and ATKINS! you need to send NOUGAT! i tell you all of us here are dying for it! i’m serious! and yes man help me with all the business plan shit ok? and don’t say nestle stuff and make me go huh!

Here I Am May 11, 2008

once again! i apologise due to my lack of not updating my blog for almost 3 weeks now.

let’s start with the updates shall we?

alrightey! lets’ see. i started college last monday at HELP UC. obviously made new friends. Natalie, Evon, Yu Jin, Mages etc. and of course la Ashikin, Amelia, Takshi and Dila are there too. not forgetting Leyla. so far collge is ok la. but my math class sucks balls! i’m serious! it sucks so bad! my computing principal class is kinda fun la. well at least i think its fun

my first day of college was kinda boring a bit la! i felt alone. normal la right? cause new environment and what not. but later than i started making new friends and walk around college with thme and all la. Ashikin says i walk with new friends everyday haha. this dude i met, his name is Yu Jin. we’re in the same classes for ALL subjects. and i’m telling you, this idiot wants to go to TAYLOR’s College now! ass-holic you! and yeah Ry has been helping me with my Math homework. so thanky thanky Ry!

actually right, i’m lazy to blog! but i shall continue blogging la. cause a lot has happened since the last post. hmmm… for these past few days i’ve been very very happy and i’ve reason why should i be happy. but coming to think of it, i don’t have to have a reason to be happy. like thira says, i don’t have to show everyone that i’m sad and sick! i don’t need symphaty from everyone. anyways, yea been happy lately. thanks to him, him, her, her and him.

the first him. this him makes me smile even when i’m like really really sad. makes me feel so special and loved. he makes me so happy and he makes me laugh like no one else can. he makes me feel worthy eventhough there is one her who makes me feel worthless. which is sad that this one her makes me feel that way. cause i love her like how i love all my other girlfriends and will do anything for them but then again, him says that no matter what her does, him will always be here for me. and yes, him loves me

second him! RY! he finally got facebook. why did he get facebook? cause he love us. haha. and of course la this him is always there for me too right? and yeah he knows everything and i mean everything! this him i tell you, eventhough he’s so lazy, he’s such a smart ass. i’m serious! lol

her and her. one is my bestest friend ever and the other one is my new friend. this 2 hers, makes me laugh and go crazy. i keep borrowing her dresses and the other her keeps walking around with me in college eventhough i’m too crazy and hyper for her. haha. btw, her has a boyfriend. well at least sort of. and i’m so happy for her i dun really have much to say bout the other her cause we’ve only known each other for like a week? and yet i’ve already felt that bond that i can click with her la!

and yes dila! i got you marie digby passes! lol
